Long Pepper From Cambodia's Kampot Region, Welcome to Kiri Farms
Kiri Farms is a family owned farm in the Province of Takeo, Cambodia. Takeo is a province in both geographical and physical proximity to Kampot, internationally famous for producing the world's best black pepper. Our family has been growing long pepper since soon after Cambodia emerged from its recent, dark past. We worked hard then to help build a new Cambodia and we work hard now to build a quality product.

Long PepperLong pepper is found mostly around Southeast Asia, with many farms in India, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. It is a spice that has been traded for centuries, even eclipsing round black pepper in popularity.
Long pepper has recently found its place back on the culinary scene, rediscovered for its complex flavor and versatility in cooking. In addition to culinary uses it has medicinal properties as well. |
